Ingredients
- 1 large banana, frozen
- Whey protein
- 2 sticks of your favourite Jacobs Iced Cappuccino
- 1.5 cup milk
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- OPTIONAL
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, A pinch of cinnamon
