INGREDIENTS
1 large banana, frozen
Whey protein
2 sticks of your favourite Jacobs Iced Cappuccino
1.5 cup milk
2 pitted dates
1 tablespoon almond butterOPTIONAL
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth!
