
JACOB’S MONT BLANC MOCKTAIL
A trio of coffee, citrus, and vanilla
Ingredients
For the base

2 tsp coffee Jacob’s granules combined with 80ml

cold water

30ml Fresh orange juice
-
Vanilla syrup to taste

ice
For the cream
-
whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks

15ml Orange juice
-
Orange Zest
Steps

Fill a glass with ice.

Add fresh orange juice and vanilla syrup, then pour in the cold coffee. Stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, vanilla syrup, and a little orange juice.

Froth or whip until it becomes light, silky, and airy.

Gently pour the cream foam over the coffee mixture in the glass.

Garnish with a bit of fresh orange zest.
