
JACOBS MOCHA ICE CREAM COOKIE
Bold Jacobs coffee meets creamy mocha ice cream in a delicious cookie sandwich
Ingredients

12 choc chip cookies (homemade or store bought)

1 tub vanilla ice cream

3 - 4 tsp Jacob’s Krönung (depending on strength)

1/4 cup Hot water

Chopped Dark chocolate and pecans for serving (optional)
Steps

Add coffee to a jug and add a hot water stir until dissolved

Pour over the ice cream (in the tub) and stir through - make sure ice cream is slightly softened- return to freezer and allow to set for 30min

Scoop ice cream and place onto one cookie, then add another cookie on top

to make the roll in chopped chocolate or pecans

return sandwiches to the freezer for 30min - 1 hour before serving
