Jacobs Mocha Ice Cream Cookie

JACOBS MOCHA ICE CREAM COOKIE

Bold Jacobs coffee meets creamy mocha ice cream in a delicious cookie sandwich

Ingredients

  • 12 choc chip cookies (homemade or store bought)  

  • 1 tub vanilla ice cream  

  • 3 - 4 tsp Jacob’s Krönung (depending on strength)  

  • 1/4 cup Hot water  

  • Chopped Dark chocolate and pecans for serving (optional)  

Steps

Add coffee to a jug and add a hot water stir until dissolved

Pour over the ice cream (in the tub) and stir through - make sure ice cream is slightly softened- return to freezer and allow to set for 30min

Scoop ice cream and place onto one cookie, then add another cookie on top

to make the ⁠roll in chopped chocolate or pecans

return sandwiches to the freezer for 30min - 1 hour before serving
