Jacobs Condensed milk coffee popsicles

JACOBS CONDENSED MILK COFFEE POPSICLES

These frozen treats combine rich Jacobs coffee with sweet condensed milk for a smooth, velvety popsicle

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites

  • 250ml fresh cream

  • 1 cans condensed milk

  • 7,5ml vanilla paste or essence

  • 6 tsp coffee Jacob’s granules combined with 15ml water

Steps

Beat egg whites until stiff

Beat cream to stiff peaks

Using a spatula, combine egg whites with whipped cream until smooth, add condensed milk & vanilla

Divide the mixture in half one for coffee & one with condensed milk only

Add coffee to half the mixture and combine with a spatula

Put the 2 mixtures into separate piping bags

Arrange the coffee mixture halfway up a popsicle mould then add the condensed milk mixture - repeat

Freeze overnight until the mixture is solid

you can do this in a container if you don’t have popsicle moulds
