Gorgeous Almond Affogato

For those who are lactose intolerant, almond milk is a good alternative.

 

INGREDIENTS

25ml full cream or almond milk
1 scoop of ice cream
25ml of freshly prepared Jacobs Espresso Ristretto 12
½tsp cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon chopped almonds

PREPARATION

Step 1

Put the milk in a small glass and add 1 scoop of ice cream into it.


Step 2

Pour the freshly prepared espresso ristretto 12 over the ice cream.


Step 3

Garnish with cinnamon powder and chopped almonds and serve immediately.
